My guys from Arsenal stunk the joint out in a 2-1 loss to Watford. My Gunners fell behind two  nil before we knew what hit us. The guys scored in the 58th minute when Alex Iwobi found the back of the net to make 2-1. That was all she wrote bucko. Arsenal lost to Hornets 2-1.

This loss will put a hurt on our title chances.

Arsenal sits in third place with 47 points.


EPL Match Summary: Watford earned their first Premier League away win at Arsenal as two goals in the first 13 minutes set up a 2-1 victory.

Former Tottenham Hotspur defender Younes Kaboul opened the scoring with a powerful drive aided by a deflection off Aaron Ramsey, who limped off with an injury.


Watford’s second came three minutes later as Troy Deeney slotted in after Petr Cech parried Etienne Capoue’s shot into his path.


Alex Iwobi slotted in from Alexis Sanchez’s chipped cross on 54 minutes and Lucas Perez crashed an effort against the crossbar as Arsenal piled the pressure on in the second half, but Watford held on.”



Chelsea had a chance to win their match against Liverpool at Anfield but the Reds had other plans when Georginio Wijnaldum used his noodle in the 57th minute to save Liverpool’s asses. The Reds and the Blues tied one all.

Liverpool stays in fourth place with 46 points.


Chelsea is in the catbird seat with 56 points.

Spurs and Sunderland nil-nil. Tottenham stays put in second place with 47 points. Spurs are a plus 29 while my Gunners are a plus 26.


EPL Match Summary: Georginio Wijnaldum’s header earned Liverpool a 1-1 draw against Chelsea and denied the visitors the chance of an 11-point lead at the top of the Premier League.


Chelsea took the lead on 25 minutes when David Luiz’s quickly-taken free-kick eluded Simon Mignolet.

Roberto Firmino missed an opportunity immediately after the break following a kind ricochet in the Chelsea defence, but Jurgen Klopp’s side drew level moments later.


A diagonal Jordan Henderson ball was headed back across goal by James Milner and Wijnaldum nodded past Thibaut Courtois.

Chelsea could have taken all three points and stretched their lead over Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal, who both dropped points against Sunderland and Watford, but Diego Costa’s penalty was saved by Mignolet.”
