Liverpool had a chance to jump into third place with a win over Leicester City. Not so fast bucko. The Foxes had other ideas. Jamie Vardy hit the daily double to lead Leicester City to a stunning 3-1 win over Liverpool.

This win could have well saved the Foxes season. Leicester City jumped to 15th place with 24 points two points out of the voce vai zone 18th place Crystal Palace 22 points.


The Reds are in fifth place 49 points one point ahead of sixth place Man U 48 points.

The Red Devils have a match in hand. So, does Man Shitty and Arsenal.


EPL Match Report: “Two goals from Jamie Vardy and Danny Drinkwater’s stunning strike gave Leicester City victory over Liverpool, moving them out of the bottom three.


With Craig Shakespeare in charge after Claudio Ranieri’s exit last week, Leicester scored their first Premier League goal of 2017 through Vardy from Marc Albrighton’s through-ball.


Drinkwater doubled the lead on 39 minutes, firing in from 25 yards, before Vardy added a third after the break, heading in Christian Fuchs’ cross.


Liverpool got a goal back through Philippe Coutinho but could not stop Leicester ending a run of five straight PL defeats.

Leicester climb to 15th, two points off the bottom three.

Liverpool remain fifth, one point behind Arsenal and ahead of Manchester United having played a match more than both.”

    Things might be turning for Leicester City , but we just have to wait and see what the future might bring for the team .

      it could well be. The Foxes played with a fire in their eyes for the first time all season. Vardy and company played with a huge chip in their collective shoulders. this is what is needed to win a title.
